Jen Pinder

Jen has been active in the sport of agility for over 15 years. Jen and mixed breed Taser are the 16” 2011 Steeplechase National Champion. Jen and Taser also took 2nd in the 2011 16” Grand Prix Finals. Jen and 2 1/2 Britain took 3rd in both 2011 16” Steeplechase as well as 3rd in 2011 Grand Prix Finals. Jen was on the podium with Taser for in 2010 16” Grand Prix, taking 3rd and in 2009 Jen and Taser took 2nd in the 16” Steeplechase Finals.

Over the years, Jen has put ADCHs and MACHs on her Border Collies and her Jack Russell Terrier and was on the AKC World Team with her Border Collie Static. Jen and her dogs have consistently been top competitors in USDAA and AKC. Jen is currently competing with her mix breed Taser, Border Collie Guilty, and her Sheltie Britain.

In addition to her skills as a competitor, Jen's excellent teaching ability and ability to adapt to different styles of dogs is what makes Jen a highly sought after presenter/instructor across the country. Jen and her husband Bill reside in Lapeer, Michigan where she teaches for FiredUp K9s and Highest Hope Dog Sports teaching classes and private lessons.
