Jennifer Crank

Jennifer Crank began training and showing dogs at the age of five. She competed on obedience with her mother's retired obedience sheltie, which then lead her into the sport of agility. At the age of seven she earned her first agility title with the family sheltie, Lacey. In 1993 Jenn got her first sheltie, Skittles, and earned her first MACh with her. During that time she co-owned a sheltie breed champion and earned a MX and AXJ. Skittles was bred and produced Guess and Splash (owned by her mother). Both dogs have gone on to multiple MACHs. Jenn and Guess were also chosen three times to the AKC World Team and represented the United States in the Agility World Championships in 2004, 2006 and 2007. Guess and Jenn were individual silver medalists in 2006 and individual bronze medalists in 2007.

Jenn and Guess have also competed in AKC and USDAA national championships with numerous achievements including: 2 nd place AKC Nationals 2005, 2 nd place USDAA Performance National Standard, 2 time Performance Versatilty Pairs champion, and a finalist in multiple events. In May 2009 Jenn made the AKC world team with her sheltie, Blaster. After competing in Austria in September 2009 she came home with a Medium Team Silver Medal.

As a fulltime student at the Ohio State University , Jenn is majoring in business. She plans to graduate in December of 2009. She owns an agility training business, Incredipaws where she offers classes, privates, seminars and video consulting. Jenn has been instructing agility classes and given agility seminars since 2002. After graduation she plans to expand her business with more training opportunities available to students.

Jenn has been training with her coach and mentor, Linda Mecklenburg since 1999. She is a student of the Awesome Paws handling system and uses the system for a basis of her training and instructing. Jenn stays current on the Awesome Paws handling system through private lessons, seminars and camps.

Her mother assists her with her seminars and is a huge asset to her business. She is responsible her helping Jenn learn her teaching skills and to grow as an instructor. Her mom has been her mentor encouraging her to reach for the stars and achieve her dreams. She puts the INCREDIPLE in Incredipaws!!!
